□ 파리에서 열린 2014 초콜릿 패션쇼 모습

매년 10월이면 프란스 파리에서 열리는 쵸코렛 박람회인 `르 살롱 뒤쇼콜라(Le Salon du Chocolat)'가 열린다. 이 기간 동안에는 파리 최고의 쇼콜라티에들이 자신의 기량을 펼치는 초콜릿 경연 대회를 비롯하여 패션쇼가 개최대기도 한다.

초콜릿 제조자인 스테반 보넷은 초코릿을 사용해 옷을 디자인 할 때 가장 힘든 점은 초코릿의 결과물이 드레스의 움직임에 따라 함께 조화를 이루도록 하는 것이었다고 말했다. 또한 초콜릿은 인간의 신체 온도에선 녹아버려 드레스로 만들기 위해서는 단단해야 하지만, 초콜릿이 모델의 몸에 달라붙지 않게 하는 방법을 찾음으로써 더욱 다양한 디자인이 가능하게 되었다고 말하기도 하였다.
